Both engagements follow four collaborative milestones: Target State Selection, Gap Analysis, Roadmap, and Effort & Resource Estimates. At each stage you receive options, pros and cons, and a recommendation. Final decisions remain with you.
Foundation Strategy
For organizations establishing their first defined technology architecture. Normally 12 business weeks.
Modernization & Transformation Strategy
For organizations with existing systems requiring migration, modernization, or transformation. The Gap Analysis phase is significantly more intensive for complex environments. Normally 16 business weeks.
